At Nordic Kayak we now offer all our customers a 7 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

We’re so confident in our kayaks that we can’t think of any better way to share that confidence with you than to put our money where our mouth is and say if you aren’t stoked, return it for a full replacement.

We want our customers to have confidence when buying online with us and more importantly love their new kayak!

Our guarantee to you is, if you aren’t absolutely stoked with your new kayak or have chosen the wrong size or model, you can return the kayak to us within 7 days of purchase and swap it for any other model we have in stock of equal value or receive a credit to be used within 6 months. *Terms & Conditions apply.


Our offer is limited to once per person, per purchase and original customer only.

The return shipping and forward shipping is at the expense of the customer with our chosen freight company. Please note freight costs varies by postcode and we will provide you with a competitive quote including insurance.

Alternatively you can return and swap in store.

The original item can be swapped for a new model held in stock, up to the same dollar value. If the new item is of a higher dollar value, the difference must be paid between the original purchase price and the new board’s original value.

The item must be in an unused and brand new condition with no missing equipment or accessories and in original packaging.

You must have all the original packaging and delivery packaging for freight return of board otherwise we cannot accept the return.

You must provide photos of the full kayak prior to re-packaging to ensure no damage prior to return delivery. This is a precaution for our customer to warranty against damage in return freight.

Kayak must be wrapped as it was when you received it and packaged in the original box. Taped securely.

Upon receiving the return, if it is broken or has been damaged in any way we reserve the right to not provide replacement kayak.
